PROPERTY NOTE: Deposit/Cancel Policy (12/20/00-1/3/01) - All reservations require a deposit representing a payment for 3 nights or less in which case full payment is required. This deposit can be charged to your credit card at the time of reservation or can be paid by check. Upon receipt of your deposit, your reservation will be confirmed in writing. The balance will be due in full at least 30 days prior to the date of occupancy. Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore we adhere to a very strict cancellation policy. In the event of a cancellation, written notice must be received at least 40 days prior to the date of arrival. A $50 cancellation fee may be charged. Deposit for Christmas Season rentals will not be refunded on cancellations received on or after October 1st. If a written notice of cancellation is received 39 days or less prior to the anticipated arrival date, we regret that there will be no refund. However, Nail Bay, at it's sole discretion, may issue a partial or full credit towards a future vacation. Sorry, there will be no refunds for late arrivals or premature departures. Cancel by September 30, hotel time, to avoid penalty of 100% of stay plus $50 processing fee. For reservation made after September 30, no cancellations allowed (non-refundable deposit).
