Room service available at from set menu. Please note that a surcharge will be incurred for some items on the menu (i.e. Lobster, Top Grade Steak as well as on special event dinners such as Valentine, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Eve, etc.
For both hotels, there will be one cocktail party, which will now be held every Monday night from 6:00PM to 7:00PM at Bougainvillea Beach Resort Pool Deck. This party will be followed by the B-B-Q Buffet, which will also now be held at Lanterns/Bougainvillea. The bar at Water's Edge will be open Tuesday to Sunday from 11:00AM to 11:00PM with one happy hour at 4:30 PM - 5:30PM. Snacks will now be sold from both the bar at Water's edge and the Pool Bar. The deck at Water's Edge will provide a pleasant alternative to guests who wish a pre dinner drink or simply are looking for a place to sit out in the evening and should be recommended. Please note that for dinner at Water's Edge reservations are recommended and the dress code is elegantly casual. On Thursday evenings there will be a party hosted by Maxwell Restaurants LTD. and sponsored by Mount Gay Rum and Passao - this will be held each Thursday from 6:00PM to 7:00PM and will precede the Thursday night Caribbean Buffet.
